Welcome to our simulated trading challenge platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and challenges ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

This is a contract. Please read it carefully. Our services provide a simulated trading environment for skill assessment and entertainment. No real financial instruments are traded.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Challenge Accounts & Fees

We offer various simulated trading challenges, each with a one-time fee. This fee grants you access to the specific challenge and simulated trading platform. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy (if any). All trading is simulated.

4. Trading Rules

You must adhere to all trading rules specified for your chosen challenge, including but not limited to profit targets, drawdown limits, and prohibited trading strategies. These rules are detailed on our Rules page. Violation of any rule will result in the termination of your challenge account.

5. Payouts

Upon successful completion of a challenge (meeting profit targets and adhering to all rules), you may be eligible for a payout based on the profit-sharing model associated with your challenge account. Payouts are subject to review and verification. We reserve the right to deny payouts in cases of rule violations or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee any profits or success. Trading in simulated environments involves risk of losing your challenge fee. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
